1: Return & refund policy

We at Neomax Enterprises have formulated each product to deliver best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.

We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:

• You received a wrong shipment
• You received a damaged product
• You received an expired product

An unboxing video is compulsory to claim a refund or a replacement if the product shipped is damaged or wrong.

In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery (24 Hours of Delivery). To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at support@bravomanlifestyle.com

No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the product.
